All services provided by R & A Solutions
Inc. are provided on a client by client basis and are
guaranteed for workmanship and quality. Our services
are based on a set hourly rate, and all work is mutually
agreed upon prior to onset.
All services provided by R & A Solutions
inc. are billed out at an agreed upon rate, and are
considered due upon receipt of invoice. All monies
collected by R & A Solutions Inc. for services rendered are
to be considered final sales.
Every effort will be made by R & A
Soultions Inc. to insure that the client receives any and
all services paid for, and in the event of dis-satisfaction,
R & A Solutions Inc. will make every effort to correct the
situation through corrective measures. All sales are
considered final and refunds for services rendered may or
may not be considered by R & A Solutions Inc. on a case by
case basis.
All hardware purchased through R & A
Solutions inc. is subject to the the hardware manufacturers
refund policy.
R & A Solutions inc. reserves the right to
revise this policy as the needs arise
